This Policy applies only to information collected through our website at iredaleroth.com (the “Site”). It does not govern information you provide to us directly in the course of an attorney-client relationship, which is subject to applicable rules of professional conduct and attorney-client confidentiality.
By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Submitting information through the Site, including through any contact or intake form, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Iredale & Roth. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after we have agreed in writing to represent you and any required conflict checks and engagement procedures are complete. Please do not send us confidential or time-sensitive information through the Site until such a relationship is established. Information transmitted through the Site may not be treated as privileged or confidential.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information through the Site:
Information you provide directly. When you contact us, fill out a form, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with us, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and any information you choose to include in the message or form fields.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, and general geographic location inferred from your IP address.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not submit such information through the Site’s forms.

We use the information we collect for marketing, communications, and Site-operation purposes only, including to:
- Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect the automatically gathered information described above. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us recognize your browser and remember certain information.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics and related Google services to understand how visitors interact with the Site, including which pages are visited and how visitors arrive at the Site. Google may use this information in accordance with its own privacy policy. You can learn more about how Google collects and processes data at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Advertising and remarketing. We may use Google advertising services to deliver and measure marketing communications, which may rely on cookies to show relevant content to past visitors. You can manage your Google ad settings at https://adssettings.google.com.
Marketing automation. We may use HubSpot or similar marketing and customer-relationship platforms to manage our communications, track engagement with our emails and the Site, and organize contact information. These platforms may set cookies and collect engagement data on our behalf for the marketing and communications purposes described in this Policy.
Managing cookies. Most web browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect the functionality of the Site. Your browser may also offer a “Do Not Track” setting; because there is no industry consensus on how to respond to such signals, the Site does not currently respond to them.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or respond to a government request.
Business transfers. In the event of a merger, reorganization, dissolution, or similar event, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the protections of this Policy.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
