Iredale & Roth, APC (“Iredale & Roth,” “the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. 1. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Submitting information through the Site, including through any contact or intake form, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Iredale & Roth. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after we have agreed in writing to represent you and any required conflict checks and engagement procedures are complete. Please do not send us confidential or time-sensitive information through the Site until such a relationship is established. Information transmitted through the Site may not be treated as privileged or confidential.
